Beef (quarter) Available in Summer, 2024 – Order Now!

This is a quarter of beef (50% of a side), cut, wrapped, and frozen to your specs.

Deposit: $150 (see below for full pricing)

Lamb (whole) Available Late 2024 / Early 2025 – Order Now!

Deposit: $50. (our current price per lamb is $3.25 live weight.)

Our products are processed to your specifications through Del Fox Meats, a Washington State licensed butcher shop in Stanwood, WA. Their employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and they can help you decide on your preferred cuts.

2. When we receive your email, we will send you an email with information on mailing us a deposit check or electronic money transfer using the “Zelle” application.

Beef Pricing: Our beef prices, based on hanging weight:
Half side (quarter) $4.65 per pound
Side $4.45 per pound
Whole Cow $4.30 per pound

The butcher fees are in addition to these prices. Current butcher fees are as follows, but are subject to change without notice:
Slaughter fee $125 per animal, or $62.50 per side, or $31.25 per quarter
Cut/Wrap $0.89 per pound hanging weight
The average butcher fee is about $191 per quarter, plus tax. Net cost estimate, based on prices above, and 720 lb. full-animal hanging weight:
Quarter:          $1,043
Side:                $2,014
Whole:            $3,921
(Cost will vary based on hanging weight)

3. Balance will be due at time of slaughter. You will also pay the butcher for slaughter-cut-wrap-freeze fees at pick-up time.
